CIC Seeking Proposals for Cleveland Ave Redevelopment

The St. Bernard Community Improvement Corporation is seeking proposals from qualified offerors for the renovation of 305, 307, 309, and 313 Cleveland Ave. Properties will be sold as a package to one buyer with the intent to rehab each property.  Proposals should be submitted in the attached format, and must include a proposed purchase price, detailed redevelopment plans and timeline, and a summary of the applicant’s relevant experience with examples of previous projects.

It is CIC policy to openly accept proposals for a full 30-days before moving forward with a potential end user.
