NEW PERMIT WEB PORTAL NOW AVAILABLE!  You can now submit Building Permit Applications online on our new portal. If you have any questions regarding the portal, please call 513-242-7770. 

**The Building Department still requires three sets of physical plans/hard copies to be dropped off for all projects except residential HVAC and roof replacement within 24 hours of online application submittal or your application will not be reviewed.   Electronic plan submittal/review is not available.
