Special Council Meeting Thursday, January 8, 2026

There will be a Special Council meeting on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 7:45pm (following the COW meeting) in Council Chambers.  The purpose of the meeting to vote on Resolution No. 2, 2026 regarding the 2026 application for OPWC funds.

Trash Bags Out of Stock

The village is currently out of trash bags and is expecting a shipment in a couple of weeks.  We will let residents know as soon as we have them available.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Heritage Hill Survey

The Village of St. Bernard was the recipient of a planning grant for the Heritage Hill business district and has engaged Yard & Co. to guide us through this exciting process. We are pleased to be able to extend this community engagement portion of the process and would truly appreciate your involvement by completing this survey. Future opportunities for the community will be announced, as we value your feedback.

Sign Up for New Village of St. Bernard Notification System

The Village of St. Bernard is happy to announce the implementation of our new mass notification system!  We will be phasing out from our current "Call Command"/notification system.  This new system will improve/enhance our communication capabilities of emergencies, announcements, and community events and will include email, voice, and text notifications.  It does require each resident to create a new account on our Resident Portal and subscribe to your preferred method(s) of notif...
