Special Holiday Trash Collection for Thanksgiving Week

The Service Department and Administrative Offices are closed on Thursday and Friday this week for Thanksgiving.  There will be NO TRASH COLLECTION on THURSDAY or FRIDAY!  Collection this week is as follows:  Normal trash collection only on Monday and Tuesday; Recycling for ALL residents will be on Wednesday.  Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy your holiday!

County and State CARES Act Rent, Utility and Mortgage Assistance

CIC Meeting Changed to November 10th at 6pm

The C.I.C. meeting originally scheduled for Tuesday, November 17th has been moved to Tuesday, November 10th at 6:00pm.  Agenda includes purchase of property, the shopping center, and potentially changing the regular monthly meeting date to allow for the meetings to be recorded and viewed via ICRC.
