Special Procedures/Information for COW and Special Council Meeting on March 26, 2020

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the State of Ohio "Stay-At-Home" order, there will be special procedures in place for this week's Committee of the Whole (7:00pm) and Special Council Meeting (7:30pm).  These measures have been adopted to keep everyone involved safe while still allowing the public to view the meetings as they are happening.

The meetings will be closed for in-person audience attendance.  Attendance will consist of council members and administration only as they are performing an essential government function.   Please note that CDC recommendations for social distancing will be followed during the meeting.

The purpose of the meetings is for Council to vote on Resolution No. 5, 2020, which would declare of State of Emergency in the Village of St. Bernard.  You can view the ordinance here:  Resolution No. 5, 2020.pdf
