             The Village of St. Bernard has invited nationally known expert on environmental aerial photography and imagery interpretation, Kristen Stout of Environmental Research, Inc. (Linden, VA) to present the results of her study of over seventy years of aerial photographs of the now closed St. Bernard Landfill.  Ms. Stout has worked in the field of environmental aerial photography for over 30 years, and was one of the principal contractors who established U.S. EPA’s Environmental Photographic Interpretation Center (EPIC) in Washington, D.C.

             Ms. Stout will present a three-dimensional visual history of the closed landfill and adjoining properties. 

             In addition, the Village of St. Bernard will introduce the new technical team engaged by the Village to manage ongoing monitoring and other activities at the closed landfill: SCS Engineers and Conestoga-Rovers & Associates.
