The Zoning Board of Appeals for the Village of St. Bernard, Ohio will conduct a Public Hearing on
Thursday, July 5, 2012 at 5 pm in Council Chambers.

This hearing pertains to setback regulations and rear yard requirements for a proposed side and rear yard deck at the residence located at 61 Orchard Street.

The reason for this hearing:  request for the issuance of a variance as regulated under Sections 1131.13 and 1131.14 of the Village Zoning Ordinance.
