Article XI

General Provisions

Section 11.01 Severability: If any provision, article or section of this Charter is held unconstitutional or otherwise invalid by a court, this shall not affect the validity, force or effect of any other provision.

Section 11.02 Amendments to the Charter: It is the desired of the people of the Municipality that this Charter be flexible and be able to meet the changing conditions and needs of the Municipality, as it grows and develops. Amendments to this Charter may be made in accordance with the procedures set forth in Article XVIII, Section 9 of the Ohio Constitution.
