St. Bernard's charm is its small-town appeal. But that simplicity masks an elaborate system of city services.

The most visible is DIAL-A-RIDE (see below) bus that transports residents anywhere within city limits. Trash pickup is twice weekly, and residents may request a city truck for large items.

In addition, for a nominal fee, St. Bernard offers the use of its Fitness Center to residents and people employed by a business in St. Bernard, use of two CITY BANQUET HALLS or local picnic areas and free sidewalk repair are among other perks citizens enjoy.
